This class is perfect for Sunday School Teachers, small group leaders, or any emergent leader of your churches.

Classes will open on September 1st and you will be able to actually pick your classes then, but make a student account first!
How to sign up for classes:
The first phase of registering as an ADVANCE student is to create a student profile on joseph.gs.edu or clink the blue link below.
Gateway ADVANCE Institute
The last part of that profile creation is to list your church information and the church leader who will provide the recommendation for you to be an ADVANCE student. Once Gateway receives your church recommendation, we will be able to accept them as a student at our local center and get them signed up for specific courses. A common problem is that students may miss the step of identifying which local center for which they are applying for admission and hence do not get the opportunity to input their church information. Here are the steps for new student registration and some screenshots that might help new students avoid that problem.
1. Go to joseph.gs.edu, click on "Create an account."
2. Complete the basic name, DOB, gender, marital status, etc. information, list your email address, and create a password. See below:
3. Click on “Submit.”
4. You will then be prompted on the next page to provide your address information.
5. After inputting that information, click on “Add.” See the middle part of the page below:
6. Below the “Add” button, you will now see the notice, “You are not currently associated with any centers.”
7. Click on “Find my center.”
8. This will take you to an alphabetical list of centers. We are listed as “Lincoln Association” and our designation is K3.
9. Click on “Apply to be a student at this center.”
10. This will take you to the final screen where you can input your church membership and provide the contact information for the person who will provide your church’s recommendation for you to be an ADVANCE student. Complete this information and click on “Submit.” See below:
11. Once Gateway receives your church recommendation, we will be able to see your name in the local portal and we will assist you in getting registered for a particular course.
